I am an ACE Corrective Exercise Specialist and The BioMechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist, with additional expertise in behavior change, nutrition, and long-term fat-loss and longevity strategies. My approach focuses on corrective exercise, building lean body mass, improving movement quality, and developing realistic lifestyle and weight-management habits that last. I have extensive experience working with youth and teens, student athletes, older adults, and special populations, tailoring programs to meet each individual’s needs safely and effectively.
